This is the Classic single malt from Milk & Honey, matured under the sun in Tel Aviv, Israel. It is made with ex-bourbon casks and red wine STR casks, and the spirit is unpeated. It is bottled at 46% in a 75cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is gently sweet with vanilla, light oak and floral notes. On the palate it is light in body, with vanilla, caramel and honey sweetness, balanced by oak and a light black pepper spiciness. The finish is short but delicate, with oak lingering alongside a light spiciness.
