Milk & Honey Elements Peated is a single malt from Israel that brings together two kinds of maturation. Part of it was aged in casks from Islay, which gave it smoky aromas and salted flavours. This was then blended with ex-bourbon single malt that matured under the Tel Aviv sun. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is smoky and earthy, opening to vanilla, oak and a hint of lemon. The palate is medium bodied, with vanilla sweetness followed by a delicate touch of peat, then light spice with ginger and lemon. The finish is long, with peat, delicate oak and lemon.
