M&H #1 Dad is a single cask kosher whisky from Milk & Honey in Israel, bottled at 55% abv in a 750ml bottle.
It is a one-off edition made for Father's Day 2022, with a personalised label. The whisky spent three years in ex-Bourbon casks.
On the nose come vanilla and dark chocolate cake with roasted pecans, dried apricot and a touch of banana. The palate is rich with maple and toffee, a hint of thyme and creamy mocha, and the spicy finish brings oregano, cloves, toasted almonds and charred oak.
