Milk & Honey Elements Peated Cask

Elements Peated Cask is an Israeli whisky from Milk & Honey Distillery, part of its Elements series. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks together with casks that previously held peated Islay whisky. The nose combines vanilla and honey with lemon and oak, over a dry smoke that smoulders underneath. On the palate, citrus and sweet vanilla sit alongside ginger, savoury peat and a whiff of smoke. The finish is faint and toasty, with cardamom, ginger and black pepper.
