Milk & Honey Elements Peated is a single malt whisky made at the Milk & Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv, Israel, and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
It is distilled in copper pot stills and matured in ex-bourbon and ex-Islay whisky casks, which give the peaty character. The hot and humid Israeli climate speeds up maturation.
The nose is smoky peat with vanilla, citrus and dried fruits. The palate combines smoke with sweet caramel, honey and a touch of dark chocolate. The finish is long and warm, with smoky and spicy notes and a subtle sweetness.
