Milk & Honey Elements Peated is a lightly peated single malt Israeli whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV.
It was matured in barrels that previously held Islay whisky, then blended with ex-bourbon barrels and left to mature under the hot Tel Aviv sun.
The nose is smoky and earthy, with lemon and vanilla oak. Vanilla sweetness on the palate gives way to a delicate touch of peat, light spice, ginger and lemon. The peat coats the mouth, leaving lingering lemony oak.
