This is an Israeli single malt from the Milk & Honey Distillery, part of its Elements range, in a 75cl bottle.
The spirit matures in casks that held Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry, made in Spain for the distillery and seasoned there for one year before being brought to Israel. It is described as the first and only kosher single malt aged in sherry casks.
Red fruit, dark chocolate and oaky notes are described as the main flavours.
