Milk & Honey Elements Sherry Cask is a single malt from the Milk & Honey distillery in Tel Aviv, bottled at 46%. It is described as the first single malt matured in kosher-certified sherry casks, which come from Jerez. The Tel Aviv climate, with about 300 days of sunshine a year, speeds up maturation and brings an angel's share of 9 to 11 per cent. The whisky is not chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
