Milk & Honey Classic Single Malt is made at the Milk & Honey distillery in Tel Aviv, founded in 2012 under the guidance of Dr Jim Swan. The whisky matures in the warm, humid climate of the city and comes in a 70cl bottle. It is put together from the distillery's best ex-bourbon casks and its special STR red wine casks, which give it a light, balanced character.
