This is a single malt from the Milk & Honey Distillery, founded in 2014 in Tel Aviv, Israel. Bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, it is a kosher certified whisky matured in sherry casks.
The casks held Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry and were made especially for the distillery. Its team travels to Jerez in Spain to hand pick them, then brings them back to Tel Aviv to be filled with new make spirit. The whisky is matured in a hot, dry climate, for a minimum of three years.
