Milk & Honey Elements Single Malt Sherry is an Israeli single malt from The Milk & Honey Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
The sherry casks were made in Spain specially for the distillery, one set for Oloroso and one for Pedro Ximenez. After a year of seasoning with sherry there, they were brought to the distillery and filled with new-make spirit.
The nose is led by red fruit, with soft oak, caramel and a lemony freshness. The palate is medium bodied, with light fruity sherry sweetness, rich fruits and dark chocolate. The finish is long, with dark chocolate lingering before tobacco and oak.
