This is a peated Israeli single malt from Milk & Honey Distillery in a 70cl bottle. Part of it was matured in casks from Islay, which carry smoky and salty character, and was then blended with the distillery's own ex-bourbon barrel single malt. Maturation took place in the heat of Tel Aviv.
The nose is fresh and smoky with an earthy note, opening to vanilla and oak with a hint of lemon. The palate is medium bodied, with vanilla sweetness, a delicate touch of peat, light spice, ginger and lemon. The finish is long, with peat coating the mouth and oak and lemon lingering.
