Millstone 100 Rye Whisky (70cl, 50%)

Millstone 100 Rye is a Dutch single rye whisky in a 70cl bottle, made by Zuidam Distillers in a traditional distillery owned and run by the Zuidam family. The rye is ground into flour by the millstones of windmills, which keeps the grain cool. The name explains the whisky. The mash is 100% rye, 51% unmalted and 49% malted. It is aged for 100 months in barrel and bottled at 100 US proof, which is 50% abv.
