Millstone Oloroso Sherry Cask is a Dutch single malt made by Zuidam, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. This release was distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2022, after a minimum of four years in cask.
The whisky is finished in Oloroso sherry casks. The unpeated malted barley is milled in windmills, and the spirit is double distilled in small copper pot stills.
