Millstone Oloroso Sherry Cask Finish is a whisky that begins its maturation in bourbon casks and then spends further time in Oloroso sherry casks. The second maturation adds depth and fruity notes.
The nose is dried fruit, orange peel, nuts and spices. The palate is sweet and rich, with caramel, chocolate and a spicy sherry influence. The finish is medium in length, soft and spicy, with a light touch of wood.
