Millstone Peated American Oak is a Dutch single malt whisky from Zuidam Distillers. It is made from peated barley at 50 PPM and matured in American oak barrels.
The nose opens with subtle smoke and a surprising freshness, then moves into citrus and tropical fruit with vanilla, coconut and a hint of spice. The palate is fruity, with elegant smoke and rich honey sweetness, delicate spice, then bitter oranges and chocolate. The finish is medium long, with peat smoke, orange and oak spices.
