Millstone Peated Single Malt Whisky Pedro Ximenez Cask (70cl, 46%)

This is a peated single malt from Zuidam Distillers in Baarle-Nassau, in the southern Netherlands, matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The barley is milled in windmills, and the whisky is double distilled in small copper pot stills. It is bottled at around 5 to 6 years old and never under 4, without an age statement on the label. It is non-chill filtered with no added colouring.
