Milroy's Heavily Peated Cask Strength

Milroy's Heavily Peated Cask Strength is a peated single malt selected and vatted by the team at Milroy's of Soho. It is bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or added colour. The vatting is 40% new oak and 60% first-fill Kentucky bourbon casks. It is described as coastal and phenolic, and works neat, over ice or in cocktails. The nose has smoked peanuts, burnt toast, petrichor and citrus peels. The palate brings roadwork smoke, black pepper, charred tropical fruit and honeycomb, and the very long finish carries chilli spice and industrial smoke.
