This is a four-year-old straight bourbon from Minden Mill Distilling, distilled and bottled in Minden, Nevada, at 47% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is made from 100% estate-grown grains.
The mash bill is four-grain: 60% corn, 20% rye, 10% oats and 10% barley. The bourbon matured in new oak barrels with a #3 char and is non-chill filtered.
The nose has ripe cherries, sweet vanilla and a touch of toasted oak. On the palate it is rich and creamy, with cherry cola, light spice and subtle oak. The finish is long and sweet, with a hint of spice and smooth vanilla.
