This is a Mortlach single malt from Dufftown in Speyside, bottled by Signatory Vintage at 46% ABV. It was distilled on 10 December 2009 and bottled on 21 June 2021, at 11 years old.
The whisky was matured in hogsheads, and two casks were combined for this bottling.
Fresh fruit, stewed apple, walnut and vanilla make up the flavour. The dram is full and rounded, with a little peat in the middle and in the finish.
