This Mortlach is a 12 year old Speyside single malt, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage as its 100 Proof Edition #60. It is bottled at 57.1% in a 70cl bottle. It pairs Mortlach's oily, spicy distillery character with dark fruit, malt and firm cask spice. The nose shows dark fruit, malt, spice, toffee and oak. The palate is powerful and oily, with dried fruit, pepper, caramel and spicy wood. The finish is long and warm, with spice and dry oak.
