Mortlach – 12 Year Old Vintage 2013 Finished in 1st Fill Rivesaltes Wine Hogsheads Signatory Vintage (46%)

This is a 12 year old Mortlach from Speyside, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2026 by Signatory Vintage as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It is bottled at 46% without added colour. Five refill hogsheads were vatted, and the whisky then spent more than two years finishing in 1st fill Rivesaltes wine hogsheads. Rivesaltes is a fortified wine from the south of France. It is described as showing dark fruit, honey sweetness and spicy oak, with cherry and plum coming from the wine casks.
