This is a 15-year-old Mortlach single malt from Speyside, bottled independently by Gordon & MacPhail as part of its Distillery Labels range. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
The whisky was matured in a sherry cask.
On the nose it shows sherry, cereal, brown sugar and citrus. The palate is creamy, with candied fruit, raisins, orange and a little spice, and the finish carries more fruit along with charred oak.
