Mortlach – 20 Year Old Cowie's Blue Seal (43.4%)

Mortlach 20 Year Old Cowie's Blue Seal is a single malt from the Dufftown distillery founded in 1823 by James Findlater, sometimes known as the Beast of Dufftown. It has been matured for 20 years and is bottled at 43.4%. The nose shows ripe fruit, honey, caramel and light woody notes. On the palate come dried fruit, dark chocolate, gentle spice and aged oak, followed by a long finish of sweet fruit and wood.
