This is a 20 year old Mortlach single malt from Speyside, in a 70cl bottle at 43.4% ABV.
Mortlach is the oldest distillery in Dufftown, the centre of Speyside. It was founded in 1823 on the banks of the Dullan, though its water comes from the Conval Hills. The whisky is distilled in six stills, one of which has the name wee witchy, meaning little witch.
