A 2007 Mortlach from Speyside named 'Dragon', drawn from a Bolgheri cask, number 102. It is bottled at 56.6% in a 70cl bottle.
Mortlach is the oldest distillery in Dufftown, the centre of Speyside. It was founded in 1823 beside the Dullan and uses water from the Conval Hills. Its spirit is distilled in a special process with six stills, including one known as 'wee witchy', which means little witch.
