This is an 11-year-old Mortlach from Speyside, distilled on 8 February 2010 and bottled by Signatory Vintage on 27 April 2021 at 57.8% ABV. It was matured in refill hogsheads, then finished for 16 months in a fresh sherry butt.
Mortlach is the oldest legal distillery in Dufftown, founded in 1823, and its water comes from springs in the Conval Hills. This bottling is a run of 697 bottles.
