This is a 12-year-old Mortlach, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage as number 60 in its 100 Proof Edition. It is bottled at 57.1% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
A subtle sherry maturation sits in the background, leaving room for the powerful, meaty and spicy character that earned Mortlach the nickname Beast of Dufftown.
