This is a 21-year-old Mortlach from Speyside, released in the Diageo Special Releases of 2020. It was finished in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, then bottled in 2020 at a cask strength of 56.9% ABV, without chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
The edition was limited to 7,692 bottles worldwide. The sherry casks bring a deep, sweet and spicy influence that sits alongside the robust character of the distillery.
