Mortlach Distiller's Dram 16 Year Old is a Speyside single malt inspired by the first 16-year-old Mortlach bottling, which was released in 1992.
It is matured entirely in sherry casks, which gives it rich, fruity aromas. Adding a drop or two of water is a good way to bring out more of the sweetness of this malt.
