Mossburn Vintage Casks No 41 is a 16-year-old Highland single malt from Royal Brackla, from the 2008 vintage. It belongs to the Vintage Casks range, which draws on small, select batches of casks.
The whisky was finished in ex-Monbazillac casks, which held a sweet white wine from south-west France. Only 360 bottles were filled, at a batch strength of 50.8%, with no colouring and no chill filtration.
Royal Brackla was the first distillery to receive a royal warrant, granted by King William IV in 1833.
