A frizzante from Santa Margherita under the Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT. Light straw in colour with lively, fine bubbles, it offers white flowers, green citrus, apple and a faint mountain note, with light herbal hints. The palate is lively, driven by fresh acidity and savouriness, with a slender but well-defined body. Best served cold, around 6-8 C, and enjoyed young. It suits seafood starters, sushi, summer salads, fresh cheeses, crustaceans and light dishes.
