This is a Caperdonich single malt from Speyside, distilled in 1972 and bottled in 2023 by Murray McDavid for its Ultra Series, a range devoted to whiskies of great age. It matured for all 50 years in a single oak cask, number 7441, and was bottled at a cask strength of 47.1% ABV. The whisky is natural in colour and has not been chill-filtered. The release comes to 100 bottles.
