Peatside is a 10 year old blended malt from the independent bottler Murray McDavid, here in its sixth batch. Part of the whisky spent five years in ex-bourbon hogsheads before being divided between port and Madeira casks for a further five years.
Distilled in 2011, it was vatted in 2021 and bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered, with no added colouring, and 1318 bottles were filled. The style is described as smoky.
