Nardini Grappa Bianca

Nardini Grappa Bianca is an unaged grappa blended from several distillates of fresh, multi-varietal pomace. The pomace is distilled in different ways: in pot stills, in a bain-marie and in columns. Each method is used to bring out the body, aroma and persistence of flavour in the finished spirit. It is balanced, intense and rounded on the palate. It can be served neat at room temperature after a meal, or used in cocktails to add a rich and interesting note.
