Nardini Grappa Riserva 7 Anni is a blend of grappas from several vineyards, chosen for being smooth and fragrant. It is aged for a minimum of 7 years in Slavonian oak and kept in the Nardini cellars. It is bottled at 45% vol.
The blend combines grappas distilled by a discontinuous vacuum-sealed system and by a continuous column process. The colour is light amber with warm tones.
The aroma is intense and aromatic, with spicy and fruity notes, vanilla, marasca cherry and wild berries. The palate is rich and sustained, following the aroma.
