Lemon Meadow is the fourth release in Nc'nean's Huntress series, an organic single malt launched in 2025 as a limited edition. It comes from fermentation experiments using a yeast normally found in French sparkling wine production. The whisky matured in STR red wine casks, bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled without added colouring and without chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle. 5729 bottles were filled worldwide.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
