NC'nean Organic Batch 02 is a limited single malt from the NC'nean distillery in Scotland, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It is made from organic barley grown in the surrounding Highlands, and bottled without chill filtration and with natural colour.
The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon and red wine casks.
The nose brings citrus, peach, apricot, vanilla and spice with a hint of smoke. The palate is soft, fruity and balanced, adding honey and toffee. The finish is long and warm, with a light smoky note.
