It is made from organic Highland barley and was matured in ex-bourbon casks, STR red wine barrels and STR PX sherry barrels. It is bottled non-chill-filtered and at natural colour.
The nose is fruity with a touch of smoke: citrus, peach, apricot, vanilla and spice. The palate is soft, with honey and toffee alongside the fruit, and the finish is long and warm with a light smoky note.
