Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt is the flagship bottling from a young Scottish distillery on the west coast, which is committed to organic production and sustainability. It is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV, and the glass is 100% recycled.
The whisky is matured in a combination of STR wine casks, ex-bourbon casks and sherry wood.
The nose brings bright citrus, apricot, light spice and toasted oats. The palate is creamy and softly sweet, with vanilla, ripe peach and a little spice. The finish is fresh and clean.
