Nc'nean – Quiet Rebels Matthew (70cl, 48.5%)

Matthew is an edition in the Nc'nean Quiet Rebels series, bottled at 48.5% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the Scottish distillery on the coast of the Morvern peninsula, where distilling began in 2017. Nc'nean is the work of Annabel Thomas, who set out to build a modern, sustainable distillery. The whisky is made from organically grown Scottish barley, and the distillery runs entirely on renewable energy. It is one of the few distilleries in the world led by a woman.
