Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt is a Highland whisky made from 100% organic Scottish barley and distilled on the west coast. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour.
The whisky is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, STR red wine and sherry casks. The distillery is carbon neutral, and the bottle is made from recycled glass.
The nose brings lemon zest, peach, pear drops, vanilla, herbal notes and light oak. The palate is creamy and fruity, with apricot, pineapple, toffee, honey, barley sugar and gentle spice. The finish is clean and medium to long, with citrus, vanilla and soft oak spice.
