This is an organic single malt from Nc'Nean Distillery, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It is a young whisky, yet it is described as full-bodied and spicy, with herbal and tropical fruit aromas.
Salted caramel and dried apricots come through alongside those first notes. The finish brings black pepper and roasted barley.
