Nc'Nean Organic Single Malt is an unpeated Highland single malt made from organic Scottish barley. It is matured in red wine and Bourbon barrels, with a small amount of sherry casks, and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
Every bottle is certified organic, and the distillery is verified net zero for scopes 1 and 2. The glass is 100% recycled. The whisky is also vegan friendly and gluten free.
It is described as elegant and fruity, with citrus, peach, apricot and spice, including lemon posset and spiced rye bread.
