NC'Nean – Quiet Rebel Annabel (48.5%)

An organic single malt from the NC'Nean distillery in the Scottish Highlands, bottled at 48.5% ABV. This edition honours Annabel Thomas, who founded the distillery in 2017, and each bottle is individually numbered. The whisky has a wine cask finish and a bright golden colour, and it is bottled non-chill-filtered. The barley is organic Scottish grain, fermented in wood. The nose offers juicy pear, citrus and white peach, with delicate floral notes, vanilla and a hint of fresh pastry. The palate is honeyed, with candied fruit and subtle spice. The finish is medium in length, with poached fruit, vanilla caramel and a little spice.
