Matthew is a release from Nc'nean's limited Quiet Rebels series, an organic single malt from the Highlands. It is named after Matthew, a whisky blender at Nc'nean.
The whisky matured in Manzanilla sherry casks (47 per cent), bourbon casks (51 per cent) and Oloroso sherry casks (2 per cent).
The distillery bottled it at 48.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
