Never Never Ginache Gin (70cl, 38%)

This is a limited-edition gin from Never Never Distilling Co. in South Australia. Fresh Grenache grapes from McLaren Vale are macerated in the distillery's Triple Juniper Gin, giving a natural crimson colour. It is bottled at 38% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without artificial colouring or additives. The nose has ripe raspberry, redcurrant and juniper with subtle spice and floral notes. The palate is smooth and layered, with red berry fruit, warm spice and earthy tannins over piney juniper and citrus. The finish is long and textured, with red fruit, pepper and herbal warmth.
