Never Never Triple Juniper Gin (70cl, 43%)

Never Never Triple Juniper Gin is a London dry gin from the hills of South Australia, made by Never Never Distilling Co. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 43% abv. Its character comes from the Triple Juniper process: juniper is steeped in neutral spirit, then distilled, and finally vapour-infused. The gin is made in small copper pot stills and bottled unfiltered. The nose is fresh and piney, with bright citrus, earthy spice, angelica and coriander seed. The palate is clean, rich and full-bodied, with juniper and lemon oil balanced by pepper and spice. The finish is long and dry, with citrus peel, herbs and juniper resin.
