A four-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon from New Riff, bottled in bond at 50% in a 70cl bottle. The mash bill is 65% corn, 30% rye and 5% malted barley, using non-GMO grain, and the high rye content gives a savoury, spicy character. It matured in new 53-gallon oak barrels, toasted and charred inside. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour. It was named World's Best Bourbon at the World Whiskies Awards 2026.
The nose opens with butterscotch moving to fresh oak, with vanilla and rye spice. The palate is full-bodied, with a sweeter vanilla note, then rye spice with clove, cinnamon, mint and dark berries. The long finish is led by rye spice, with red and dark berries, white pepper and clove.
