New York Distilling – Mister Katz's Rock & Rye (70cl)

Mister Katz's Rock & Rye comes from New York Distilling and revives a style once found on the back bar of most noteworthy establishments. It starts with the distillery's own New York rye, distilled and aged only in full size barrels. The rye is blended with rock candy sugar, dried Bing cherries, orange peel and cinnamon bark, and bottled at 65 proof. The name belongs to Mister Katz, who grew up on the old B&O Railroad in the days before prohibition.
